During her 20 year corporate career, Nicola has gained extensive commercial and operational experience in multi-national businesses within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Beauty sectors.
Throughout her career she has always maintained her professional development, undertaking Lean Manufacturing and Business Excellence training, becoming an APM Qualified Project Manager and attaining a distinction in The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry’s Sales Representatives Examination.
Since then she has been regularly coaching & mentoring business clients on topics as varied as strategy, exit planning, business change management; client list & business building; work life balance; retirement planning; coping strategies and confidence building for sales
Nicola’s technique of fusing coaching with business excellence practices (such as process mapping & design, performance management and continuous improvement) gets great collaborative results for her clients.
She is the owner of two businesses and the co-author of a book “Redundancy? Welcome to the World of Opportunity!”
